We don’t measure per kg, but the load should fit into the basket we provide you. This is then considered one load.
You get to send unlimited loads for the month, irrespective of how you choose to send them 👍🏽
What is the preferred payment method?
We do EFT. All Payments are due on the 1st of every month. An invoice is generated when you signup and thereafter sent to you monthly.
When I want you to collect, how do I go about notifying you?
We use WhatsApp & Email channels as means of communication. For quicker responses we recommend the Laundro Whatsapp line; 073 733 5408
When do you collect?
Once payment has been made, we will schedule collection within 24-48hours thereof. We collect Monday to Friday's 07:00 to 18:00. You let us know.
Are you open on the weekend as well or weekdays only?
All collections and deliveries are Monday to Friday's. 7am to 6pm.
However we do collections on Saturday's, between 8am to 12pm.
What are the costs?
We have a fixed fee of R529,00 per month. This covers unlimited baskets or loads per month. So you never have to worry about price uncertainty.
When do we get back the laundry?
Your washing typically takes 2-3 days to complete. Delivery is always confirmed with you one day prior to delivery.
Do we sign a month to month contract?
No contract. It’s on a month to month basis, with an option for you cancel whenever you’d like. Simply send us a text, letting us know not to collect for the next month.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes we do. While it is never our intention for an item to go missing or get damaged, occasionally it can happen. If this is the case, please let us know immediately. If it was our fault, we’ll happily offer you a fair price reimbursement of the item. To the maximum of R1,500 per item. However, you need to let us know within 2 days.
Laundro does not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Laundro bag, such as watches, jewelry, cufflinks, money, wallets, etc. and shall have no liability for such items.
Damages : Although we do our best to prevent any damages to your garment, unfortunately every garment, regardless of brand or quality, will wear out over time, and there is nothing Laundro can do to predict when this will happen, or prevent it. For damage related to normal wear and tear, Laundro does not provide reimbursement or compensation. Per industry standards, the following are considered to be normal wear and tear: Shrinkage from repeated laundering, Curtain shrinkage, Color fading, Small holes or tears, Discoloration caused by hygiene or beauty products (deodorant, perfume, cologne), Button damage, Thinning of fabric.
Can I get a refund?
We hate to sound cocky, but our are services are that great. So you’d never want a refund. But, for whatever reason if things change. We just need to let you know all monies paid to us are non-refundable, once services have already been delivered to you.
In the event of any unused services, you will be entitled to a full refund. Provided you claim this within 7 business days of payment.
So, if for whatever reason you are not satisified with our service. You're one cancellation away. No refunds will paid to you in the event of cancellation of services, by the client or any of its representatives.
Do you weigh the basket?
No we don’t weigh at all. All you need to do is put out your laundry basket, and our drivers will come through and collect your laundry on the agreed time. They will do all the heavy loading and all the work
How long are your wash cycles?
Our cycles are 15 to 25 mins maximum. Depending on the load, grease or stains.
